Invite all of your friends for a night of Fun, Food, and Swimming at the YMCA
At 7000 feet, this rolling highland is a land of ponderosa pine forests and pinyon, juniper woodlands clustered around broad prairies and small lakes. Arizona's largest natural lake, Mormon Lake, is located here. The area is also known for its plentiful wildlife. Large herds of elk roam the forests and edgelands. Bald eagles and ospreys live and hunt around the lakes. Pronghorn antelope graze the prairies.
There are Several hiking trails, fishing, boating, fireplaces, grills, vault toilets and Drinking Water.

This group campground is located at a cool 5200’ elevation, just South of Young, in the remote wilderness of the Tonto National Forest. There are vault toilets, tables, grills and fire rings. There is No Water, you must bring your own. Fees for this campout are $20.00 per family for the entire weekend. These fees will be collected by Circle Leaders so do not pay as you enter.

Oct. 19-21
Halloween Campout
Host Tribe:
White Tanks Mountain Regional Park. Waddell, AZ
There is RV parking but no hook-ups. There are two large ramadas, modern restrooms, and showers.
Cost is $12 per vehicle/per night and is paid at the gate as you enter.
Take I 10 West to exit 124 and go north on Estrella Pkwy. Turn west on W. Olive Ave. to White tanks Mountain Rd. Follow White tanks Mountain Rd. to White Tanks Mountain Regional Park. Tell the Ranger at the gate that you are with the YMCA Adventure Princesses.
Each Father and Daughter designs and builds their own Pinewood Derby car and
races it against others in their circle and also in other circles for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and participant trophies. The evening of the
30th is available
for making practice runs and fine adjustments before the big race on the 1st. Our track has an exciting six lanes of racing with computerized timing and race
tracking software. This is a family event so bring the whole family for a day of racing fun.

Whispering Pines Camp is nestled in the majestic pines of Arizona's Prescott National Forest. At Whispering Pines, you'll sleep in comfortable, heated cabins in dormitory-style bunk beds. There are modern restroom facilities with hot water showers. There is a large heated dining room and indoor recreation hall with fireplace as well as an outdoor fire ring. Outdoors, there is a large open-air pavilion, several ramadas, a baseball field, basketball court, volleyball court, and an outdoor worship center overlooking the mountains.

by the San Tan Expedition Trail Mates at our Chandler/Gilbert YMCA Multi-Purpose Room.
DJ Entertainment is provided to play all of your favorite songs to dance to and a
Photographer is available to capture this special event. There is
no dinner included but drinks and snacks will be provided.

All Fathers, Princesses and Guides can participate in decorating our "float" for the annual Chandler Ostrich Festival Parade and can then ride on the float in the parade!
This event counts as a "Recruiting Event" for Circle Points and Bear Claw.

Grapevine Group Site is located at 2200 feet within the
Tonto National Forest on Central Arizona's largest lake, approximately 8 miles South of Theodore Roosevelt Dam.
It is a major center for fishing, boating, camping and general vacationing. Amenities include modern restroom facilities with hot water showers,
large ramada, and individual fire rings with grills and picnic tables, playground, event area, sports field, and lake access trails. There is also
Tonto National Monument just down the road from the campground.

The elevation at this group campground is at a cool 6,500 feet in an area of the Coconino National Forest where the Ponderosa pine begin to turn to Pinyon and Juniper.
The campground is located on the West side of 87 approximately 60 miles NE of Payson.

O'Leary Group Campground is at a cool 6900 feet nestled in the Coconino National Forest. This campground offers superb camping in the cool pines near several national monuments. This area of volcanic activity is so unique that much of it has been set aside as the Sunset Crater National Monument.

This is a Family Event, everyone is welcome.
Follow the footsteps of your favorite Western Stars and spend 2
whole days in an 1880's Western Town. Group sleeping in
large communal building or in tents and trailers next to the communal
building.
All meals are included!
Adobe brick making! Exciting shows! And lots of other fun activities
are included too! Also included is all day access to Old Tucson Studios
for Saturday and Sunday and admission to a real rodeo. Horseback
trail rides are available at a group rate
(pay separately at camp).
Please bring some
firewood for the Nation Fire.
