Butterfly Refrigerator Magnet

Materials:

·      Clothes pin

·      Colored Tissue Paper

·      Magnet Strip

·      Pipe Cleaner

·      Glue

·      Scissors

1.    Cut 2 or 3 pieces of tissue paper into 5-inch squares. 

2.    Gather one square of tissue paper in the center and clip the clothespin around it.

3.    Repeat step 2 with the other one or two pieces of tissue paper, overlapping the pieces.

4.    Put several drops of glue on the clothespin to hold the tissue paper in place.  Be careful not to tear the tissue paper.

5.    Cut a piece of magnet strip to fit and glue to the back of the clothespin.

6.    Twist pipe cleaner around the top of the clothespin to form the antennae.
