Circle Of The Year
Points
Circle of the year points are earned by circle members throughout the year by performing various tasks and by attending various events. The points are tracked by each circle navigator who then submits the total points earned to the Compass Bearer at each monthly Council meeting. The monthly totals for each circle are tracked by the Compass Bearer and at the end of the year, the circle with the most points wins the honor of being Circle of the Year. Also, each member of the winning circle receives a special patch at the Coup Campout in May. Below is an example of the activities that can earn points toward Circle of the Year.
